Individual Therapy

Individual therapy takes place in a one-on-one setting.  Our clinicians develop personalized treatment plans based on the client's expressed concerns. Therapy is conducted collaboratively in a safe, confidential environment. Clients explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging memories, and identify aspects of their lives that have been problematic. It involves setting therapeutic goals, processes one’s past, and learning how to manage one’s symptoms or triggers in order to live a healthier life. 

Couples/Family Therapy

Family therapy helps members express feelings, improve communication, and resolve conflicts, creating a safe space for individuals to share their emotions and work together toward mutual understanding. Couples therapy addresses issues like conflict, disconnection, infidelity, and stress, helping partners navigate these challenges with empathy and openness. Group Therapy

Group therapy is extremely effective for individuals dealing with a variety of issues.  Group participants feel safe, validated and supported by group members who have similar life challenges.  Participants can learn strategies and skills from one another guided by one or more therapists working collaboratively with the group. Common types of groups include Senior Support, Social Skills for specific ages, Life Transitions for adults experiencing life changes.

Child/Adolescent Therapy

Children can also experience mental and emotional problems like adults, such as anger, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief.  Therapy for school age children and teens provides support in managing these issues.  Therapists assist young people in understanding their feelings and managing challenges at school, home, and with peers. These challenges include family conflict, behavioral issues, academic difficulties, trauma, and bullying.
