Her client base was diverse and included individuals, couples, children, and families. Her therapeutic style is interactive and solution focused with support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Nicole has extensive experience working with clients with mood and anxiety disorders, family conflict, relationship issues, social issues.
Nicole is an accomplished, Qualified Mindfulness Teacher. She offers the original Mindfulness Based Stress reduction (MBSR)
