Nicole is a licensed child and family therapist with 26 years experience in family agencies and schools where she worked as both a clinician and supervisor. Her client base was diverse and included individuals, couples, children, and families. Her therapeutic style is interactive and solution focused with support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Nicole has extensive experience working with clients with mood and anxiety disorders, family conflict, relationship issues, social issues.
Nicole is an accomplished, Qualified Mindfulness Teacher. She offers the original Mindfulness Based Stress reduction (MBSR)

Nicole earned her MSW from Columbia University, Graduate Degree in Communications from Fairfield University, BA English, from University of Hartford, Certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling from Westchester Family Institute, Certificate in Clinical Supervision from Fordham University and Qualification in Mindfulness and MBSR from University of Massachusetts Medical School.
