Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and addiction specialist with experience in both acute and community mental health settings. She takes a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and major life transitions. Her work integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and DBT.

Kate holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College, a Master of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
