Kristina is a compassionate, dedicated therapist with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work — and over eight years of experience supporting children, teens, parents, and families.
She has worked across various settings, including residential and outpatient mental health programs. Her experience spans a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting difficulties, attachment disorders, personality disorders, and PTSD.
Additionally, she has worked extensively with individuals who have experienced trauma and physical and emotional abuse — bringing the careful, grounded presence that work requires.
