Nicole founded Village Therapy Group in 2008 and has spent two decades growing it into a thriving practice of ten therapists across three Sleepy Hollow offices. Her therapeutic style is interactive and solution-focused, with deep expertise in mood and anxiety disorders, family conflict, LGBTQ issues, and relationship challenges. She is also a Qualified Mindfulness Teacher trained through the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Jon Kabat-Zinn's MBSR program.
