Rachel has worked in various mental health settings, including school and day treatment programs, inpatient hospitals and residential treatment. Rachel uses a compassionate and non-judgmental approach when working with her clients.

Pam is a Registered Professional Nurse with broad experience in health care specifically in geriatric counseling, working with individuals, families, groups and employees in hospitals in long term health care facilities. Pam counsels individual seniors, and co-facilitates Ageless Living, a support group for seniors, guiding them through various age-related issues. Pam served as Senior Psychiatric Nurse for Montefiore Medical Center for 10 years providing individual, family, and group therapeutic support for acutely ill psychiatric patients.
Jenna is a licensed mental health counselor and credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor in the state of New York. She is nationally certified as a mental health counselor and has also completed a certified training in trauma therapy from PESI. Jenna has been practicing as a mental health counselor for ten years in a variety of treatment settings from the Emergency Department, inpatient psychiatric units, inpatient substance abuse units and outpatient mental health clinics.
Martha Rossi McDermott is a Licensed Master of Social Work with specialty in Adolescents, Family Therapy and Grief counseling. She graduated from the Ehrenkrantz School of Social Work (now the Silver School) at NYU in 1996, and has worked in NYC education programming for at-risk youth, Community based Child Welfare programming for families, and most recently, as the Director of Patient Relations and Community Outreach at a health care provider during the Covid-19 pandemic.

She has more than 8 years’ experience working with children, teens, parents and families in a variety of settings that include residential and out-patient mental health. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, attachment disorders, personality disorders, and PTSD, also many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
Marla Joi Newborn
Marla is a licensed master of social worker and addiction specialist with a strong clinical background helping clients with trauma, alcohol abuse, drug and sex addiction, mood disorders, and challenging life transitions. She uses a person-centered, individualized approach that always includes a harm reduction framework. Marla currently works with individuals, couples, and families aged 18-80. Marla helps her clients begin to know themselves more deeply through self-awareness, self-compassion.
