Established over 20 years ago in Westchester County, NY,  VILLAGE THERAPY GROUP offers a broad range of diagnostic, therapy and counseling services for adults, couples, families and children.   We offer in-person and virtual therapy by skilled clinicians with a variety of specialities. We provide collaborative, personalized mental health assessment and treatment in an individual or group setting as well as substance abuse assessment and treatment.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a process which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individuals explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. Couples therapy can address a wide range of relationship issues, including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair, issues related to sex, or difficulties due to external stressors.

Child Therapy

Child therapy, aka counseling for kids, helps young individuals understand and manage challenges that affect their mental health. These challenges include mental health conditions, behavioral issues, traumatic events, and bullying. Children can experience the same mental and emotional problems that adults do, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and grief.

Group Therapy

Group therapy involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. The most common types of group therapy are: Social Skills Groups, improves social skills for a variety of populations. Support Groups,  provides a wide range of benefits for people with a wide range of issues. Psycho educational groups, educates clients about their difficulties and ways of coping.
