Nanci is a licensed clinical therapist with 20 years of experience working in community agencies and schools, where she has served as both a clinician and supervisor. She has extensive training and expertise in supporting children, adolescents, and families.

Nanci earned her Master of Social Work from Norfolk State University in 1997, specializing in Children, Youth, and Families.
